Hotteok/korean Sweet Pancake
Material A
- 130 g high protein flour
- 100 gr glutinous rice flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp instant yeast munjung
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 50 ml cooking oil
Material B
- 200 ml warm water/warm milk (not hot)
- Adjust the air temperature, if the air is cold, use warm water, but if the temperature is hot, use cold water or cold milk
Ingredients C (Stir to One)
- 1 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts
- 2 tbsp sun flower seed roasted (can skip)
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame
- 1 tbsp Pinenut (can skip)
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
How to make
- - Mix the ingredients A and mix well, then pour the ingredients B slowly mix well with a spatula. As long as it's flat and doesn't have to be smooth
- - Round and cover with a clean cloth, leave for 1 hour / expand
- -prepare a frying pan, give enough cooking oil. then rub our hands with oil. take the dough about / according to taste. flatten and fill with stuffing, wrap and round. put into a non-stick frying pan, over medium heat (not too big) fry until yellow color then flip. and press using a potato crusher/layer legit press until it is selected and round. Fry until it changes color. Do it until it runs out
- -serve while hot
