Ingredients

100 gr Glutinous Flour Deli Ball
50 gr Tapioca Flour Deli BALL
50 gr Rice Flour Deli Ball
200 ml water
200 gr brown sugar, finely comb
1/2 tsp salt
1 lb pandan leaves
Grated coconut, steamed

How to make

1. Boil brown sugar, pandan leaves, water and salt until the sugar dissolves, strain and cool.
2. Mix BALL Deli Deli Flour, BALL Deli Tapioca Flour and BALL Deli Rice Flour, add sugar solution and stir with a whisk until smooth.
3. Grease the mold with a little oil, pour the dough until it is full and steam for 45 minutes/1 hour.
4. Remove and cool.
Remove from the mold and ready to serve with grated coconut.
