Cashew Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 170 margarine
- 70 butter
- 110 gr powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 90 gr dcc
- 20 gr cocoa powder
- 300 gr low protein flour
- 30 g powdered milk
- 2 s cornstarch
- 100 gr cashew nuts, halved
- 1 egg white (for greasing)
How to make
- 1.melt the dcc, cool, set aside.
- 2.In a bowl mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, milk powder, stir until well blended, set aside.
- 3. Mix the butter, butter, powdered sugar, and eggs for a while until combined, then add the melted chocolate dcc, mix well until well blended.
- Add the dry ingredients little by little, stirring until the dough doesn't stick to your hands.
- 4. Take enough dough on a plastic sheet, flatten, then print according to taste, arrange on a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine, spread the dough with egg white, additional cashews.
- 5. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 130°C from top to bottom, bake for 30 minutes or according to your respective oven. Cool the cookies and then put them in a jar. Good luck
