20 – minute one – pan pizza

Ingredients

  • 120 ml of warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (can be substituted with other vegetable oil)
  • 85 gr all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Topping Ingredients

  • 130 gr marinara sauce (me: I don't have one, so replace it with 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce + 1 tablespoon of chili sauce)
  • 200 gr mozzarella cheese
  • 75 gr pepperoni slices
  • Fresh basil, chopped, for garnish (me: dried oregano)

How to make

  • 1. Mix and stir all the ingredients in the pan except for the topping ingredients, smooth over the entire bottom of the pan.
  • 2. Spread marinara sauce (me: tomato sauce mixed with chili sauce), sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and arrange pepperoni slices on top. Sprinkle dry oregano.
  • 3. Cover the pan, cover the steam hole with a cloth. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Open the steam vent and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Lift and serve. Enjoy
