1 tbsp olive oil (can be substituted with other vegetable oil)
85 gr all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Topping Ingredients
130 gr marinara sauce (me: I don't have one, so replace it with 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce + 1 tablespoon of chili sauce)
200 gr mozzarella cheese
75 gr pepperoni slices
Fresh basil, chopped, for garnish (me: dried oregano)
How to make
1. Mix and stir all the ingredients in the pan except for the topping ingredients, smooth over the entire bottom of the pan.
2. Spread marinara sauce (me: tomato sauce mixed with chili sauce), sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and arrange pepperoni slices on top. Sprinkle dry oregano.
3. Cover the pan, cover the steam hole with a cloth. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
4. Open the steam vent and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Lift and serve. Enjoy
