Material 1

  • 65 gr melted butter

  • 3 drops of egg yolk coloring

  • 30 gr low protein flour
  • 20 gr black glutinous rice flour
  • 10 grams of powdered milk
  • 10 gr cocoa powder
  • tsp chocolate paste
  • 10 gr cornstarch
  • 65 gr melted butter
  • 1 tbsp white skim
  • tsp vanilla paste
  • tsp baking powder
  • tbsp SP
  • Spread Dip Glaze Cheese

How to make

  • 1. Ingredients 1: mixer with high speed eggs, granulated sugar, sp until thick trailing, lower the speed add yellow coloring, liquid vanilla, flour, milk powder, sifted cornstarch, skim little by little, while stirring slowly, add margarine liquid, stir with a spatula until smooth
  • 2. Pour into a 22x22x4cm pan that has been smeared with margarine, lined with baking paper, oven at 200 delci, fire up and down for 12 minutes, bottom rack until cooked
