Bomboloni Ingredients

  • 200 gr high protein flour
  • 50 gr medium protein flour
  • 40 gr butter
  • 125 ml plain liquid milk
  • 8 g instant yeast
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

B. Cheese Filling

  • 170 gr cheese spready
  • 1.5 packs of white SKM

C. Additional

  • Sufficient sugar donuts
  • Sufficient amount of strawberries, cut into 2
  • Mint leaves to taste

How to make

  • A. Bomboloni
  • 1. Put all ingredients, except butter, into a bowl mixer
  • 2. Mixer until it's a bit smooth, after it's a bit smooth, add the butter, mix again until it's elastic
  • 3. Once smooth, divide and weigh the dough @ 40gr then round it. Do it to the end
  • 4. Proofing until the bomboloni dough expands

  • 1. Enter the spready cheese and SKM in a bowl, mix well.

  • 2. Garnish with strawberries and mint leaves
