Cheese Bomboloni
Bomboloni Ingredients
- 200 gr high protein flour
- 50 gr medium protein flour
- 40 gr butter
- 125 ml plain liquid milk
- 8 g instant yeast
- 1 egg yolk
- 30 g sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
B. Cheese Filling
- 170 gr cheese spready
- 1.5 packs of white SKM
C. Additional
- Sufficient sugar donuts
- Sufficient amount of strawberries, cut into 2
- Mint leaves to taste
How to make
- A. Bomboloni
- 1. Put all ingredients, except butter, into a bowl mixer
- 2. Mixer until it's a bit smooth, after it's a bit smooth, add the butter, mix again until it's elastic
- 3. Once smooth, divide and weigh the dough @ 40gr then round it. Do it to the end
- 4. Proofing until the bomboloni dough expands
- 5. Fry over low heat until cooked. Do it until it runs out, set aside and let it cool
- B. Cheese filling
- 1. Enter the spready cheese and SKM in a bowl, mix well.
- 2. Put this filling mixture into a piping bag, cut the ends
- C. Solution
- 1. Take 1 bomboloni, make a hole in one end, spray the cheese filling. Do it to the end
- 2. Garnish with strawberries and mint leaves
- 3. Sprinkle donut sugar
