Ingredient 1 / Prickly

  • 3 g instant yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar

Step

  • 1. Mix flour, yeast and sugar with egg water, milk, mixer until smooth, cover and let stand for 30 minutes.

  • 8. Preheat the oven to 160 C fire up and down. 9. Oven the dough for 16 minutes. (if the top looks brown you can cover it with aluminum foil). After 16 minutes turn off the oven. Leave for another 2 minutes in the oven with the door slightly open. Grease the surface with butter
