Butter Cake Raisins
Ingredients
- 200 gr margarine/butter
- 180 gr sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 5 eggs
- 180 gr wheat flour
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 50 gr raisins, coat in flour
How to make
- 1. Beat margarine, sugar and vanilla until fluffy white.
- 2. Gradually add eggs, beat until fluffy.
- 3. Enter the mixture of flour, milk powder and cornstarch gradually. Add raisins, mix well.
- 4. Grease a 24 cm Charlotte Love tin with thin margarine, pour the dough until smooth. Sprinkle raisins on top.
- 5. Pre-heat oven at 180° for 35 minutes. Remove and cool.
- 6. Cut according to taste and ready to be served.
