Ingredients

  • 200 gr margarine/butter
  • 180 gr sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 5 eggs
  • 180 gr wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 50 gr raisins, coat in flour

How to make

  • 1. Beat margarine, sugar and vanilla until fluffy white.
  • 2. Gradually add eggs, beat until fluffy.
  • 3. Enter the mixture of flour, milk powder and cornstarch gradually. Add raisins, mix well.
  • 4. Grease a 24 cm Charlotte Love tin with thin margarine, pour the dough until smooth. Sprinkle raisins on top.
  • 5. Pre-heat oven at 180° for 35 minutes. Remove and cool.
  • 6. Cut according to taste and ready to be served.
