Caramel Milk Pudding
Material A
- 400 ml UHT milk
- 200 ml water
- 100 gr sugar
- 1 bks agar agar plain
Ingredient B (Caramel)
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 sachets of SKM
Material C
- 200 ml Whipping Cream Liquid
How to make
- 1. Cook ingredient A while stirring until it boils
- 2. Make caramel from ingredient B, use low heat, don't burn. Pour slowly into the liquid agar, stir again until boiling. Turn off the fire, remove the hot steam
- 3. Beat ingredients C until stiff & soft, slowly enter the pudding liquid into the whipped cream mixture, mix using a low speed mixer until smooth
- 5. Pour of the mixture into the mold, let it set, then remove it from the mold. set aside
- 1. Cook ingredient A while stirring until it boils.
- 2. Make caramel from ingredient B, use low heat, don't let it burn. Slowly pour into the liquid agar, stirring again until it boils. Turn off the heat, remove the hot steam.
- 3. Take 3 spoons of vegetable pudding mix, to mix with SKM
Ingredient A Outside (Caramel Pudding)
- 700 ml of water
- 100 gr sugar
- 1 bks agar² plain
Solution
- 1. Pour 1/3 of the caramel pudding into the tin, let it set a bit, then place the milk pudding
- 2. Pour back all the remaining caramel pudding until it fills the sides of the milk pudding. Let it set a bit again
- 3. Finally, pour the pudding mixture that has been mixed with SKM earlier
- 4. Allow it to cool completely, then put it in the refrigerator
Vla Vanilla Recipe So Simple
- 300 ml evaporated milk (you can also use it) + 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tsp vanilla paste
