Chocolate Butter Moss Pudding
Moss Pudding Ingredients
- 250 ml water
- 45 gr sugar
- 3 grams of white agar powder (swallow)
- 2 gr plain jelly powder (nutrijell)
- 40 gr instant coconut milk
- 1 tsp pandan paste
- 1/4 tsp vanilla paste
- pinch of salt
- 1 egg
How to make
- 1. Mix all ingredients except eggs in a bowl. Stir until smooth and not lumpy using a whisk.
- 2. Beat the eggs with a fork. Enter it into the mixture by means of a sieve. Stir again until smooth.
- 3. Cook while stirring until it boils. Remove from the stove, pour into the pudding mold.
- 1. Cook all ingredients B until it starts to explode, turn off the heat.
- 2. Take half of the Agar, pour it into ingredient A, stir quickly with a whisk, add it again to the rest of Agar B, stir until it boils. Remove from heat, pour over a layer of moss pudding.
- 1. Mix all ingredients, cook while stirring until it boils. Pour over the coffee pudding layer.
- 2. If it is not hot, put it in the refrigerator until set. Cut to taste, serve.
Butter Pudding Ingredients A
- 1 egg yolk
- 35 gr butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla paste
- 55 gr SKM
- (Stir using a whisk until smooth, set aside)
B Butter Pudding Ingredients
- 3 grams of white agar powder
- 20 gr sugar
- 190 ml of water
Chocolate Pudding Ingredients
- 250 ml UHT milk
- 45 gr sugar
- 4 grams of white agar powder
- 8 g cocoa powder
- 25 gr chocolate bar (DCC)
