Donut Brownies Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 75 gr sugar
  • 1/2 tsp SP
  • 50 gr medium protein flour
  • 15 gr cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 35 gr dark cooking chocolate (dcc)
  • 60 gr cooking oil

Topping

  • 125 gr dcc melted with 1 tsp butter

How to Make Donut Brownies

  • 1. Heat the steamer over medium heat. Grease the mold with margarine
  • 2. Melt the dcc by steaming, mix with oil, mix well. Chill.
  • 2. Beat eggs, sugar and sp until thick and thick.
  • 3. Enter the mixture of flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, which has been sifted before. Shake briefly with kec. low, as long as it's even, don't overmix.
  • 4. Pour the mixture of oil & dcc, stir again until blended.
  • 5. Pour the batter into the pan, don't fill it, tap it to reduce air bubbles in it. Steam 15 minutes on medium heat. Remove to cool, give topping according to taste.

Note

  • 10 cm inner diameter donut mold
  • For the topping, I mix regular dcc with 70.5% dark callebout so it's not too sweet.
  • It can be the bottom or the top with the topping, mine is the bottom.
