️100 gr green beans (soak overnight, then steam until cooked)
️2 eggs
️125 ml of liquid milk (can replace coconut milk)
️½ tsp instant yeast
️1 tsp vanilla extract
️5 tbsp sugar
️4 tbsp medium protein flour
️2 tbsp cornstarch
️5 tbsp vegetable oil
How to make
1. Put the cooked green beans, eggs, liquid milk, vanilla into a blender or food processor, blend until the desired texture (better if there is still peanut texture)
2. Transfer to a bowl, then add sugar, then stir. Add the flour and vegetable oil back in succession. Stir until smooth (do not be too long).
3. Cover the dough with a cloth, and leave it for 30 minutes
4. Pour into a mold that has been smeared with oil, then steam for 25 minutes over medium heat
5. After cooking, wait for it to cool completely before removing it from the tin
