Green Bean Steamed Sponge

Ingredients

  • ️100 gr green beans (soak overnight, then steam until cooked)
  • ️2 eggs
  • ️125 ml of liquid milk (can replace coconut milk)
  • ️½ tsp instant yeast
  • ️1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ️5 tbsp sugar
  • ️4 tbsp medium protein flour
  • ️2 tbsp cornstarch
  • ️5 tbsp vegetable oil

How to make

  • 1. Put the cooked green beans, eggs, liquid milk, vanilla into a blender or food processor, blend until the desired texture (better if there is still peanut texture)
  • 2. Transfer to a bowl, then add sugar, then stir. Add the flour and vegetable oil back in succession. Stir until smooth (do not be too long).
  • 3. Cover the dough with a cloth, and leave it for 30 minutes
  • 4. Pour into a mold that has been smeared with oil, then steam for 25 minutes over medium heat
  • 5. After cooking, wait for it to cool completely before removing it from the tin
  • Ready to serve
