Ingredients

  • 500 ml full cream milk
  • 7 tsp gelatine powder
  • 1000 ml liquid whipping cream
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 2 tbsp green tea powder

How to make

  • 1. Put the gelatine powder into the milk. let stand for 10 minutes
  • 2. Meanwhile, mix 200 ml of whipping cream from 1000 ml of whipping with greentea powder. stir until smooth and smooth
  • 3. Heat the milk gelatine until almost boiling. then add the greentea mixture while still stirring
  • 4. Enter the sugar, and the remaining liquid whipping cream into the milk. stir until smooth and sugar is dissolved
  • 5. Pour into the mold / glass according to taste. Chill . Store in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  • 6. Serve cold. decorate according to taste / can also be with candied cherries and fresh fruit
