Donut Ingredients

  • 250 gr high protein flour
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50 ml of warm water pandan deposit up to a total of 130 ml
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 40 gr butter
  • tsp salt

How to make

  • 1. In a glass, first mix the yeast sugar pandan water, leave for a while until the yeast is active (looks foamy)
  • 2. In another bowl, mix flour, milk powder and egg yolk, stir briefly and then add the pandan mixture. Knead until smooth
  • 3. Add butter and salt, knead again until elastic
  • 4. Let stand 30 minutes or until it expands 2x bigger
  • 5. Deflate the dough then divide the dough @ 40gr or according to taste, round it, let it rest for 15 minutes, then make a hole in the middle, let it rest for 10 minutes
  • 6. Fry in hot oil on low heat.

Toppings

  • Liquid palm sugar
  • Grated coconut 100 gr 3 tablespoons palm sugar (cook until well blended and slightly dry)

Solution

  • Dip the top of the donut in the liquid palm sugar, then dip it back in the grated coconut
