50 ml of warm water pandan deposit up to a total of 130 ml
1 tsp yeast
3 tbsp sugar
40 gr butter
tsp salt
How to make
1. In a glass, first mix the yeast sugar pandan water, leave for a while until the yeast is active (looks foamy)
2. In another bowl, mix flour, milk powder and egg yolk, stir briefly and then add the pandan mixture. Knead until smooth
3. Add butter and salt, knead again until elastic
4. Let stand 30 minutes or until it expands 2x bigger
5. Deflate the dough then divide the dough @ 40gr or according to taste, round it, let it rest for 15 minutes, then make a hole in the middle, let it rest for 10 minutes
6. Fry in hot oil on low heat.
Toppings
Liquid palm sugar
Grated coconut 100 gr 3 tablespoons palm sugar (cook until well blended and slightly dry)
Solution
Dip the top of the donut in the liquid palm sugar, then dip it back in the grated coconut
