Kaya Pandan / Srikaya Pandan Jam

Ingredients

  • Sufficient bread is steamed
  • 300 ml Coconut Milk @karasantan.id
  • 250 ml Pandan Water (6-8 pandan leaves + 250 ml water, blended and filtered)
  • 2 Chicken Egg Yolks (Omega)
  • 1 Chicken Egg (Omega)
  • 150 gr granulated sugar
  • 1/8 Tbsp Fine Salt (Optional)
  • 30 gr Corn Flour / Corn Flour

How to make

  • 1. Combine all the ingredients, mix well using a whisk, until the sugar is dissolved, then strain into a Teflon / Sauce Pan
  • 2. Cook Serikaya using low heat while continuously stirring. Cook for 25-30 minutes, until bubbling and jam thickens.
  • 3. Remove the srikaya jam and spread on the steamed buns.
