Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 150 gr sugar (you can add more if you like it sweet)
  • 1 tsp average sp
  • 150 gr Rose Brand white glutinous rice flour @rosekuliner
  • 75 gr wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 125 gr melted margarine/butter
  • 1 small pack of instant coconut milk Rose Brand @rosekuliner
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, sifted

Method

  • Prepare a 22 cm diameter tulban tin. Brush lightly with margarine then sprinkle lightly with flour.
  • Mix melted margarine with coconut milk. Stir well. set aside
  • Sift flour, baking powder and vanilla. Set aside.
  • Preheat the oven on medium heat.
  • Beat eggs and sugar until foamy. Add sp. Beat until thick. Lower the speed to the lowest speed. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the melted margarine little by little, beat just enough to mix well. Don't over mix.
  • Separate a little dough, mix with cocoa powder. Stir well.
  • Pour the white batter into the pan until it covers the bottom of the pan. Pour the chocolate mixture alternately with the white mixture until the dough runs out. Bake on medium heat until cooked. Remove from oven and then remove cake from pan. Let it cool a bit. Ready to cut and serve.
