Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp SP
  • 75 gr trigu flour
  • 10 gr cornstarch
  • 15 grams of powdered milk
  • tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp mocha paste
  • 100 gr margarine, melted

How to make

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 170⁰. Prepare a 20×20 tin with a little margarine and cover it with @sevenpapers baking paper. set aside.
  • 2. Mixer eggs, sp, sugar and vanilla until thick and swelled with traces. Lower the mixer to the lowest speed. Enter the trigu, milk powder and cornstarch that has been filtered. The original mixer is flat for a moment.
  • 3. Finally, add margarine and mocha paste. Stir with a spatula until well blended.
  • 4. Pour the batter into the tin, then tap gently. Bake the dough until cooked, about 25-30 minutes (depending on your oven).
  • 5. After the cake is cooked, remove from the pan and cool to room temperature. Then add toppings and cut according to taste. .
