Brownie Bites Ingredients
- 220 Dark Cooking Chocolate (DCC)
- 75 gr Margarine
- 50 ml Cooking Oil
- 3 eggs
- 225 gr Refined Sugar
- 150 gr Medium Protein Flour
- 40 gr Cocoa Powder

How to Make Brownie Bites
- 1. Melt the DCC, margarine and cooking oil in a way in a team until the chocolate is dissolved. Set aside.
- 2. Beat eggs and powdered sugar with a mixer until the sugar is dissolved. Add the melted DCC mixture. Mixer on low speed until smooth.
- 3. Enter the flour + cocoa powder, mix well.
- 4. Pour into a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper and then install the baking pan. The bulkhead does not need to be smeared with margarine.
- 5. Oven fire up and down 160'C 40-45 minutes. Customize individual ovens.
- 6. Once cooked, let it cool, remove the bulkhead then top it with glaze and roasted peanuts.
