Cake Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1/2 tsp SP
  • 45 gr medium protein flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 10 grams of powdered milk
  • 30 gr melted margarine
  • A little pandan paste

Milk Soaking Ingredients (Mix All)

  • 50 g thick sweet
  • 50 gr instant coconut milk
  • 150 gr liquid milk

Toping (Shake Until Stiff)

  • 50 gr whip cream powder
  • 100 ml ice water
  • 30 g thick sweet

How to make

  • * mix eggs, sugar, SP until white trails, add pandan paste, mix well
  • * Enter the mixture of flour, cornstarch, milk powder, baking powder and salt while sifting, stir again with a spatula until blended
  • * add melted margarine, stir again until smooth
  • * Pour into a 10 * 20 tin that has been lined with parchment paper. Steam for 20 minutes or until cooked
  • * Once the cake is cold, cut it into 2 equal sizes (or according to the width of the box, I used a 10*10 jar, so 2 boxes)
  • * Place the cake on the box, pierce with a fork, then flush with the milk mixture (soaking ingredients) to taste. Let it be absorbed by the cake.
  • * Spray the whipcream topping on top, add garnishes according to taste. Serve cold, more delicious
