Pearl Snow Berry Dessert

Stuffing Ingredients

  • 140 grams Tapioca Pearl
  • 1 stalk Snow Ear Mushroom
  • 50 grams of Goji Berries
  • Sufficient food coloring according to taste

Soup Ingredients

  • 2 pandan leaves
  • 50 grams of rock sugar
  • 50 grams of brown sugar
  • 600 ml water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 65 ml thick coconut milk

How to cook

  • -Soak the mushrooms & goji berries in hot water for 5-10 minutes, drain
  • - Boil some tapioca pearls (70gram) give green coloring, some again give purple coloring, boil until cooked / soft, drain
  • - Boil water, pandan leaves, cinnamon & sugar, boil until dissolved
  • -Add salt & coconut milk, taste correction, if it is flat and cooked, remove it
  • - Arrange the filling in the glass, pour it with coconut milk, serve warm / cold
