Steamed Glutinous Brownies
Ingredients
- 100 butter or margarine
- 50 gr dark cooking chocolate (dcc), cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp chocolate paste
- 4 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp SP
- 100 gr black glutinous rice flour
- 60 gr medium protein flour
- Toppings: whipped cream or whipped cream, grated chocolate and candied red cherries.
How to make
- 1. Melt the margarine, chocolate and chocolate paste, stir until melted, set aside.
- 2. Beat eggs, sugar, salt and sp until white, thick, expand and trace. Add flour and glutinous rice flour, mix well.
- 3. Enter the melted butter little by little while stirring with a spatula, pour into a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper and steam until cooked.
- 4. Split the cake into 2 parts, fill with buttercream, sprinkle with grated chocolate and cherries.
