Ingredients

  • 100 butter or margarine
  • 50 gr dark cooking chocolate (dcc), cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp chocolate paste
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp SP
  • 100 gr black glutinous rice flour
  • 60 gr medium protein flour
  • Toppings: whipped cream or whipped cream, grated chocolate and candied red cherries.

How to make

  • 1. Melt the margarine, chocolate and chocolate paste, stir until melted, set aside.
  • 2. Beat eggs, sugar, salt and sp until white, thick, expand and trace. Add flour and glutinous rice flour, mix well.
  • 3. Enter the melted butter little by little while stirring with a spatula, pour into a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper and steam until cooked.
  • 4. Split the cake into 2 parts, fill with buttercream, sprinkle with grated chocolate and cherries.
