Ingredients

  • 125gr glutinous rice flour
  • 25gr rice flour
  • 100ml warm water
  • 1 tsp TEMULAWAK POWDER
  • 1.5 tbsp whiting precipitated water
  • A drop of yellow dye
  • Brown sugar, sliced ​​filling
  • Grated coconut & 1/4 tsp salt coating

Method

  • • Mix warm water and TEMULAWAK POWDER, stir until TEMULAWAK dissolves.
  • • Then mix all the ingredients except the brown sugar, add the TEMULAWAK solution a little at a time while kneading until smooth. Then form a round, fill with brown sugar, boil in boiling water until it floats. Lift.
  • • Steam grated coconut and salt until cooked.
  • • Roll the cooked klepon in grated coconut. Serve.
