Temulawak Klepon
Ingredients
- 125gr glutinous rice flour
- 25gr rice flour
- 100ml warm water
- 1 tsp TEMULAWAK POWDER
- 1.5 tbsp whiting precipitated water
- A drop of yellow dye
- Brown sugar, sliced filling
- Grated coconut & 1/4 tsp salt coating
Method
- • Mix warm water and TEMULAWAK POWDER, stir until TEMULAWAK dissolves.
- • Then mix all the ingredients except the brown sugar, add the TEMULAWAK solution a little at a time while kneading until smooth. Then form a round, fill with brown sugar, boil in boiling water until it floats. Lift.
- • Steam grated coconut and salt until cooked.
- • Roll the cooked klepon in grated coconut. Serve.
