Ingredients

  • 350 gr flour, I use medium protein flour
  • 1 tbsp muncung milk powder
  • 1.5 tsp yeast
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 40 gr margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 180 ml of water or according to the thickness of the dough
  • Bananas to taste. I use sliced ​​bananas, you can substitute plantains, uli bananas or other types.

Method

  • Combine flour, powdered milk, sugar, instant yeast and baking powder, mix well then add water little by little until well blended, you can manually use your hands or use a mixer, if it's well mixed, add margarine and salt and knead until it's really smooth.
  • Divide the dough into several small balls (I @ 35 gr). Take 1 rolled dough then give banana then cover and trim, pinch the 2 parts of the joint so that it doesn't open when fried, repeat until it runs out
  • Let stand about 30 -45 minutes then fry over low heat until browned, remove, drain and ready to serve
