180 ml of water or according to the thickness of the dough
Bananas to taste. I use sliced bananas, you can substitute plantains, uli bananas or other types.
Method
Combine flour, powdered milk, sugar, instant yeast and baking powder, mix well then add water little by little until well blended, you can manually use your hands or use a mixer, if it's well mixed, add margarine and salt and knead until it's really smooth.
Divide the dough into several small balls (I @ 35 gr). Take 1 rolled dough then give banana then cover and trim, pinch the 2 parts of the joint so that it doesn't open when fried, repeat until it runs out
Let stand about 30 -45 minutes then fry over low heat until browned, remove, drain and ready to serve
