How to make

  • 1. In a bowl, dissolve the cornstarch with 100 ml of liquid milk. Set aside.
  • 2. Preheat the oven to 180C from top to bottom. Prepare a large baking tray. Pour with hot water. Prepare a ramekin or glass container (pyrex). Grease with a little butter.
  • 3. Prepare the pan. Pour milk, butter, sheet cheese, and sugar into it. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally until dissolved.
  • 4. When it is hot but not boiling, remove the pan. Place 1/3 of the beaten egg into the pan. Stir with a whisk until well blended. Add the remaining eggs while stirring with a whisk until evenly distributed.
  • 5. Put the pot back on the stove. Stir the pudding solution until it almost boils. Add the cornstarch solution. Stir well until thickened and bubbling. Turn off the fire.
  • 6. Strain the pudding solution into a bowl until the dough looks smooth, free of lumps. Pour into ramekins/pyrex.
  • 7. Bake the milk pudding with the water bath method for 50-60 minutes, until it is quite set and the surface is brown. Turn off the oven.
  • 8. While hot, sprinkle the pudding with a pinch of ground cinnamon. Serve warm or cold, just as delicious.
