Ingredients

  • 5 eggs.
  • 300 gr cassava tape, remove the wick.
  • 75 ml of instant coconut milk.
  • 160 grams of medium protein flour.
  • 20 gr full cream milk powder.

  • 1 tsp SP.

  • 2. Mix the eggs, sugar, SP and vanilla paste on high speed until they become thick and thick.
  • 3. Lower the mixer speed, add the tape. Flat mixer. Add in the flour and margarine alternately. Mixer until smooth (don't take too long). Turn off the mixer. Add grated cheese. Then stir with a spatula.
  • 4. Pour into the pan. Then hit it slowly. Sprinkle with grated cheese again. Bake until cooked, about 40-45 minutes. Do a toothpick test ( adjust each oven) .
