Cassava Beef Bolognese Cake

Ingredients

  • 300 gr grated cassava
  • 150 ml evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Topping Ingredients

  • 100 gr beef bolognese pasta sauce
  • 1/2 finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 100 gr steamed potatoes, mashed or cut into small cubes
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 50 ml water
  • 50 gr grated cheddar cheese
  • enough celery leaves

How to make

  • 1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk, add the milk, salt and sugar. Stir well. Then add the cassava, mix well and set aside.
  • 2. Saute onions until fragrant then add the sauce paste, potatoes, sugar, chili and pepper. Mix well, then add water, stir briefly and adjust the taste. Remove and set aside.
  • 3. Prepare the mud cake pan. Spread with margarine. Heat on the stove.
  • 4. Pour 2 tablespoons of dough, then we pour 1 tablespoon of topping dough on top then sprinkle with cheese and decorate with celery leaves.
  • 5. Cover the pan so that the surface of the cake cooks quickly. Bake on low heat until the surface of the cake changes color and is cooked. Remove and ready to eat.
