Ingredients

  • 150 gr Hunkwe flour
  • Jackfruit to taste, cut into small pieces
  • 900 ml Medium thick coconut milk
  • 250 gr sugar (to taste)
  • 4 pandan leaves, tie a knot
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Method

  • 1. In a saucepan, mix all ingredients except jackfruit.
  • 2. Cook over low heat while stirring until it boils and thickens. Turn off the heat, add the jackfruit pieces, mix well.
  • 3. Pour the mixture into the mold, let it set.
  • 4. Put it in the fridge so it's better to eat it cold.
