Ingredients

  • 250gr cassava
  • 1/2 egg yolk
  • Salt, sugar
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Baluran

  • Bread flour, puree in a blender
  • Wheat mix (2 tbsp flour and 100 ml water) bread flour adhesive

Toppings

  • Cheese Jam

Method

  • Peel the cassava, then steam for 20-30 minutes until cooked and tender, then puree.
  • In a bowl, mix the mashed cassava then add the egg yolks, salt, sugar, pepper and margarine, mix well. Set aside.
  • Saute Bombay With Butter, Until Soft And Fragrant, Add Ground Chicken, Cook Until It Changes Color, Add Carrots, Stir Stir, Add Flour, Then Pour Liquid Milk, Season With Salt &Amp; Sugar, Stir Well, Cook Until Boiling And Thickened. Lift.

Stuffing Ingredients

  • 50-75gr ground chicken
  • Grated carrots
  • Chopped Bombay
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 100 ml liquid milk
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Solution

  • Take the cassava mixture, flatten it, fill the lid and shape it lengthwise. Roll in flour and water mixture, roll in breadcrumbs. Fry briefly until golden brown. Lift.
  • Grease with cheese jam and decorate as desired.
