Ingredients

  • 12 slices of white bread
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Panir flour to taste
  • Right amount of oil

Stuffing Ingredients

  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
  • 200 g frozen vegetables (carrots, corn, peas)
  • 200 gr steamed potatoes cut into cubes
  • 1/2 pack chicken bolognese pasta sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder or mushrooms

How to make

  • 1. Mix all the filling ingredients together. Stir until well blended.
  • 2. Take 1 sheet of bread, place 2 tablespoons of the filling on top and then cover with 1 sheet of white bread.
  • 3. Dip the bread in the beaten egg and then roll it in the breadcrumbs while compacting the edges.
  • 4. Heat the oil. Fry the bread until cooked then remove and serve. The result is 6 pieces
