Ingredients Swiss Choco Berry

  • 150 gr butter
  • 100 gr margarine
  • 60 g of powdered sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 190 gr cornstarch
  • 150 gr triangular flour
  • 50 gr chocolate meses
  • Strawberry jam to taste
  • (this recipe is without eggs)

How to Make Swiss Choco Berry

  • 1. Margarine + butter + (fine sugar in the filter) + salt, then stir with a spatula until just mixed
  • 2. Then add the cornstarch and flour and mix until smooth and add the meses and mix well
  • 3. Ready for piping and put the jam in the middle
  • 4. Preheat the oven to 160°c on top and bottom for 10 minutes
  • 5. Bake at the same temperature at 160°c on top and bottom for 30 minutes or until cooked. Once cool, immediately put it in a jar.
