Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 10 g sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 25 gr oil
  • 60 gr UHT milk
  • 75 low protein flour
  • Tiramisu pasta
  • Nescaffe classic 1 sachet + 1 tsp cocoa powder, stir with a little hot water
  • 3 egg whites
  • 40 g sugar
  • Lemon juice

How to make

  • 1. Mix milk, sugar, salt, oil, stir with a whisk.
  • 2. Enter the flour, stir until smooth without lumps.
  • 3. Enter the eggs stir as necessary until smooth and smooth.
  • 4. Take 1/4 of the dough, add the coffee mixture, set aside.
  • 5. The remaining dough add the tiramisu paste.
  • 6. Beat the egg whites on medium heat until foamy, add the sugar gradually 3 times. Increase mixer speed, beat until stiff peak.
  • 7. Take 1/4 of the meringue into the coffee mixture, the rest for the tiramisu mixture. Mix gradually until smooth.
  • 8. Mix the two doughs, stir a few times. Pour into a 16 cm chiffon pan. Tap a few times and stir with chopsticks to remove bubbles.
  • 9. Bake on the bottom of 2 pans, fire up and down with a temperature of

  • 140°C 40 minutes
  • 120°C 5 minutes (top fire only)
  • Adjust each oven, that's what I'm using now, but it still needs improvement.
