Chiffon Tiramisu Marble
Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 10 g sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 25 gr oil
- 60 gr UHT milk
- 75 low protein flour
- Tiramisu pasta
- Nescaffe classic 1 sachet + 1 tsp cocoa powder, stir with a little hot water
- 3 egg whites
- 40 g sugar
- Lemon juice
How to make
- 1. Mix milk, sugar, salt, oil, stir with a whisk.
- 2. Enter the flour, stir until smooth without lumps.
- 3. Enter the eggs stir as necessary until smooth and smooth.
- 4. Take 1/4 of the dough, add the coffee mixture, set aside.
- 5. The remaining dough add the tiramisu paste.
- 6. Beat the egg whites on medium heat until foamy, add the sugar gradually 3 times. Increase mixer speed, beat until stiff peak.
- 7. Take 1/4 of the meringue into the coffee mixture, the rest for the tiramisu mixture. Mix gradually until smooth.
- 8. Mix the two doughs, stir a few times. Pour into a 16 cm chiffon pan. Tap a few times and stir with chopsticks to remove bubbles.
- 9. Bake on the bottom of 2 pans, fire up and down with a temperature of
- 150°C 10 min — slit
- 150°C 10 minutes
- 140°C 40 minutes
- 120°C 5 minutes (top fire only)
- Adjust each oven, that's what I'm using now, but it still needs improvement.
- 10. Lift, beat once, immediately return to wait until cool (approximately 1 hour), remove by hand.
