Ingredients

  • 250 gr low protein flour
  • 75 gr sugar
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50 gr butter
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt

Spread

  • 1 egg yolk mix well.
  • Toping: sesame (for my topping, oven briefly until half cooked)

How to make

  • 1. Dissolve the baking soda and baking powder in 2 tablespoons of water (only 1 tablespoon will be used later)
  • 2. Mix all ingredients, mix well until it becomes a pliable dough.
  • 3. Take a little dough, round it until it is round, then press it flat with a small bottle (I press it with the palm of my hand) and brush it directly with egg yolk then sprinkle with sesame topping.
  • 4. Bake in an oven at 140°c on top and bottom for 30 minutes or until cooked (adjust to your oven)
