Chuikaoso
Ingredients
- 250 gr low protein flour
- 75 gr sugar
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 50 gr butter
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
Spread
- 1 egg yolk mix well.
- Toping: sesame (for my topping, oven briefly until half cooked)
How to make
- 1. Dissolve the baking soda and baking powder in 2 tablespoons of water (only 1 tablespoon will be used later)
- 2. Mix all ingredients, mix well until it becomes a pliable dough.
- 3. Take a little dough, round it until it is round, then press it flat with a small bottle (I press it with the palm of my hand) and brush it directly with egg yolk then sprinkle with sesame topping.
- 4. Bake in an oven at 140°c on top and bottom for 30 minutes or until cooked (adjust to your oven)
