How to make
1. Dissolve the baking soda and baking powder in 2 tablespoons of water (only 1 tablespoon will be used later)
2. Mix all ingredients, mix well until it becomes a pliable dough.
3. Take a little dough, round it until it is round, then press it flat with a small bottle (I press it with the palm of my hand) and brush it directly with egg yolk then sprinkle with sesame topping.
4. Bake in an oven at 140°c on top and bottom for 30 minutes or until cooked (adjust to your oven)
