Coffee Dagelen Bread
Ingredients
- 4 slices of white bread (me: leftover wheat bread), cut each into 3 parts
- 1 sachet of instant coffee (2 gr, me: use Nescafe classic)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp margarine/butter
How to make
- 1. Mix well all ingredients except white bread.
- 2. Spread the butter mixture onto the surface of the bread (only 1 side)
- 3. Bake using the DIGITAL AIR FRYER AF1 @mito at 180C for 10 minutes/ until the surface of the bread is dry and crunchy.
