Steamed Choco Pandan Cake Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 120g fine granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp SP
  • 125gr triangular flour
  • 10gr cornstarch
  • 125cc coconut milk (65 instant coconut milk cooked)
  • pinch of salt

How to Make Steamed Choco Pandan Cake

  • mix eggs, sp, sugar and salt. Beat until fluffy thick trail. Enter the flour, water and coconut milk mixer on low speed until well blended.
  • Divide the dough into 3 parts (chocolate, pandan, plain). Pour the mixture alternately in a mold that has been lightly greased with oil.
  • Steam over medium heat for about 15 minutes or depending on the size of the mold used. Lift. Remove the cake from the mould.
