Steamed Choco Pandan Cake Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs
- 120g fine granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp SP
- 125gr triangular flour
- 10gr cornstarch
- 125cc coconut milk (65 instant coconut milk cooked)
- pinch of salt
How to Make Steamed Choco Pandan Cake
- mix eggs, sp, sugar and salt. Beat until fluffy thick trail. Enter the flour, water and coconut milk mixer on low speed until well blended.
- Divide the dough into 3 parts (chocolate, pandan, plain). Pour the mixture alternately in a mold that has been lightly greased with oil.
- Steam over medium heat for about 15 minutes or depending on the size of the mold used. Lift. Remove the cake from the mould.
