Undercoat Material

  • 12 Egg Yolks
  • 50 gr refined sugar
  • 170 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 50 gr milk powder
  • 150 gr Butter, melt

How to Make the Underlay

  • note: Uk pan 18x 7cm
  • 1. Mix all ingredients, then pour while filtering, into a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper, cover the steamer with a napkin or shake it with aluminum foil, steam for 35 minutes until cooked, remove from heat
  • 2. Then bake using only high heat, temperature 185c for 7 minutes until the surface is browned, remove and set aside

Lapis Legit / Top Layer

  • 150 gr Butter
  • 20 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 15 egg yolks
  • 80 gr refined sugar
  • 30 gr milk powder
  • 15 gr wheat flour
  • Vanilla

Step

  • note: Uk pan 18x 7cm
  • 1. Beat butter and SKM until fluffy and creamy, set aside
  • 2. Mixer egg yolks and powdered sugar until fluffy then add milk powder, flour, vanilla mixer until smooth
  • 3. Gradually pour the butter mixture into the egg yolk mixture, mix well
  • 4. Take the dough kurleb 90 gr then stir until smooth, pour over the surface of the cake that has been cooked td
  • 5. Bake at 175 C for 5 minutes / brown on top of the fire only, do it until all the dough is HBs
