Soak the glutinous rice for 1 hour and then steam it, after it is half cooked then mix it with the boiled coconut milk & salt.. stir it hot until it absorbs then steam again until cooked, set aside
Kinca Soas Sauce
1 pc durian fruit
200 gr palm sugar
50 gr sugar (or according to taste can be tasted first)
500 ml coconut milk
1 lb pandan leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp cornstarch (optional)
Method
Boil palm sugar and then strain, boil again with sugar psir.. add all durian with seeds.. after the durian flesh is released, add coconut milk, stir until thickened. Lift, if not thick, you can add 1/2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with a little water.. stir until thick ..
Pour over the sticky rice (serve cold from the refrigerator is better)
