Chui Kao So
Ingredients
- 210 gr low protein flour
- 70 g sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 50 gr butter
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda + 2 tbsp water
- (Used only 1 tbsp)
Spread
- 1 pc egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp liquid milk
Toppings
- White And Black Sesame Seeds
How to make
- 1. Mix all the ingredients together, stir with a spatula until it's smooth
- 2. Take a little dough, round it, place it on a baking sheet, press the center with your thumb, spread the egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds
- 3. Preheat the oven, bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes, serve
