chui kao so

Ingredients

  • 210 gr low protein flour
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 50 gr butter
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda + 2 tbsp water
  • (Used only 1 tbsp)

Spread

  • 1 pc egg yolk
  • 1/2 tsp liquid milk

Toppings

  • White And Black Sesame Seeds

How to make

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients together, stir with a spatula until it's smooth
  • 2. Take a little dough, round it, place it on a baking sheet, press the center with your thumb, spread the egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds
  • 3. Preheat the oven, bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes, serve
