300 ml Pandan Juice (10 Pandan Sheets + 300 ml water, strain)
Coconut Milk
600 ml Coconut milk
180 gr brown sugar
1 Sheet of Pandan Leaves
1/4 tsp Salt
How to make
1. Mix all the hunkwe ingredients, cook until thickened and bubbling. Pour into a tin or mold, chill in the refrigerator until set. Once cool, cut into pieces according to taste.
2. Coconut milk sauce: mix all ingredients, cook over low heat until it boils and the sugar dissolves.
3. Arrange the pieces of hunkwe in a glass, flush with coconut milk. Add ice cubes.
