Material A

  • – 200gr high pro flour (chakra)
  • – 45gr flour pro medium (triangle)
  • – 45gr sugar
  • – 6gr instant yeast
  • – 15gr milk powder
  • – 180ml milk = 1 egg + 20gr whipcream powder + cold liquid milk
  • – 1 tsp pandan paste

Material B

  • – 30gr butter / margarine
  • – 2gr salt

Method

  • – mixer ingredients A until smooth
  • - add ingredients B mixer until elastic
  • – divide into 16 parts (weighed to be even), round it up
  • – roll and give the filling, arrange on the baking sheet
  • - let stand for 1 hour (cover with a clean cloth)
  • – oven at 150° for 20 minutes / adjust each oven, and the oven is preheated
  • – Remove from oven and ready to serve
