Pudding Capuccino Cincau
Ingredients
- 2 pcs agar white powder
- 200 gr black grass jelly cut into 2
- 200 ml SKM
- 800 ml water
- 100 gr sugar (I didn't use it)
- 2 sachets of cappuccino coffee / 1 tbsp instant coffee
How to make
- Cook all ingredients except grass jelly, stir until boiling
- Put the grass jelly into the mold, then flush with a little pudding to the limit of the grass jelly in the pan.. let it cool after a bit, then add the rest of the pudding liquid, do it in 3 stages..
