Pudding Capuccino Cincau

Ingredients

• 2 pcs agar white powder
• 200 gr black grass jelly cut into 2
• 200 ml SKM
• 800 ml water
• 100 gr sugar (I didn't use it)
• 2 sachets of cappuccino coffee / 1 tbsp instant coffee

How to make

• Cook all ingredients except grass jelly, stir until boiling
• Put the grass jelly into the mold, then flush with a little pudding to the limit of the grass jelly in the pan.. let it cool after a bit, then add the rest of the pudding liquid, do it in 3 stages..
• chill..
