Passion Fruit Loaf Cake
Cake Ingredients
- Baking pan uk 20x8x8 cm
- cup passion fruit
- 180 gr butter
- 150 gr sugar
- 3 eggs
- 240 gr low protein flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- tsp salt
- 120 gr liquid milk
How to Make a Cake
- 1. Beat butter & sugar until pale and fluffy, then add eggs one by one, stir until smooth
- 2. Enter the mixture of flour + baking powder + salt that has been sifted before, alternately with liquid milk, stir until smooth. Finally, add the passion fruit, stir everything until smooth
- 3. Pour into a baking sheet lined with baking paper and greased with butter
- 4. Bake at 175⁰C for 45-50 minutes or until cooked, then remove from oven & remove from pan and let cool. set aside
Ingredients Creamcheese Frosting For Filling (This dosage can be used for 2-3 cakes)
- 125 gr cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 sachets of SKM
- 200 gr liquid whipping cream
- cup passion fruit
How to Make Creamcheese Frost
- 1. Mix creamcheese & SKM, stir until creamcheese is soft
- 2. In another bowl, beat the whipping cream until fluffy & a bit stiff (don't overmix), then add the creamcheese mixture and passion fruit, beat again with a mixer on low for a minute (about 30 seconds)
- 3. Put it in a piping bag, then spray it into the hole in the cake when the cake is cold
Passion Fruit Glaze Ingredients
- 75 gr granulated sugar + 1½ Tbsp passion fruit
- Mix and stir the two ingredients until the desired glaze texture is formed
