Ingredients

  • 150 grams of green beans
  • 1 liter of water (boiled green beans)
  • 1 pandan leaf
  • Salt to taste
  • 70 grams of pearl seeds
  • 500 ml water (boiled pearl seeds)
  • 5 pcs eagle flower / food coloring (optional)

Soup Ingredients

  • 50 grams of crme powder (you can use coconut milk too)
  • 100 grams of rock sugar
  • 1 pandan leaf
  • Salt to taste
  • 250 ml of water

Complementary

  • Ice Cubes/Shaved Ice

The method

  • -Soak the green beans to expand (me: 1 night), drain, then boil with pandan leaves & salt, boil until cooked and tender, drain the water, set aside
  • -Heat the water & telang flower then add the pearl seeds, cook until cooked/transparent, drain the water, set aside
  • -U/ gravy: Heat water and pandan leaves, then add rock sugar & salt, boil until sugar dissolves, add crme powder, taste correction, remove
  • - Arrange in a glass: green beans, pearl seeds, pour coconut milk, add ice cubes / shaved, serve cold
