Save Donuts
Ingredients
- 300 gr high protein flour
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 180 ml water
- Powdered sugar for topping / sprinkling
The method
- 1. Prepare a container, enter the yeast + sugar + water, stir well, let it froth.
- 2. Enter the flour in a container, pour the yeast mixture little by little while kneading until well blended.
- 3. Enter the vegetable oil knead until smooth and slightly smooth, cover with a napkin. I started kneading the ingredients at 12 at night, at 7 in the morning I just started working on it
- 4. Knead the dough briefly then round it then let stand 20 minutes until it expands. Then punch a hole in the middle, I use the Aqua cap.
- 5. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, use low heat, remove and let warm. Put in a closed container add castor sugar / powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Serve
