Yellow Pudding Ingredients

  • 4 grams of orange flavored nutrijel
  • 1/2 sachet of orange nutrisari
  • 20 gr sweet thick @cap_enaak

Cake Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1/2 tsp SP
  • 50 gr medium protein flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 25 gr melted margarine
  • 15 g vegetable oil
  • 1 sachet of orange nutrisari, dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water

Topping Material

  • 75 gr whip cream
  • 50 gr of cheese
  • 1 sachet of sweet thick @cap_enaak
  • 150 ml ice water
  • 10 gr Dcc shaved
  • 20 g grated cheese

How to make

  • * Cook all the pudding ingredients until boiling, pour into the cake tray, just until half the height of the mold, let it set.
  • * Make cake: – beat eggs, sugar, SP at high speed until thick trails
  • - Add flour and baking powder while sifting. Beat again on the lowest speed, just smoke evenly.
  • - Enter the oil, melted margarine and nutrisari that have been dissolved, stir again until blended.
  • - Pour into a 200 ml thinwall cup (heat resistant) enough to half the height of the cup, steam until cooked.
  • * Beat whipcream powder with ice water until stiff, add the cream cheese and sweetened condensed, beat until smooth. Place it in a plastic triangle.
  • * Spray over the cooled cake. Arrange egg yolk pudding on top, add a little grated cheese and DCC too. Serve.
