Ingredients

  • 50 gr @fibercreme
  • 250 ml of warm water
  • 250 gr ice cubes

Green Bean Extract

  • 40 gr @fibercreme
  • 150 gr Green Beans
  • 1000 ml Water
  • 150 gr granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 Pandan Leaves, knotted
  • 2 cm Ginger, crushed
  • 400 ml Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

How to make

  • 1. Green Bean Extract: wash and soak the green beans for 5 hours.
  • 2. Boil the Green Beans with 1000 ml of water until soft/cooked using medium heat. Remove and drain, discard the boiled water.
  • 3. Blend green beans until smooth.
  • 4. Put the green beans into the milk pan/pan, add 400 ml of water, pandan leaves, salt, and ginger. Stir well and boil until boiling.
  • 5. Add @fibercreme, vanilla essence and sugar, mix well until it dissolves evenly and boils. Strain and set aside and let cool.
  • 6. Serving: Dissolve the fiber creme with warm water, mix well and set aside.
  • 7. Put the ice cubes into the glass, pour the green bean juice 1/2 part of the glass, pour the fiber creme solution on top
  • 8. Super Creamy Green Bean Extract is ready to be served
