Ingredients

  • 500 ml water
  • 3 sachets of coconut milk 65 ml or 200 ml
  • 25 gr Thai tea powder
  • 150 thick sweet white
  • 20 grams of cornstarch dissolved in a little tea cooking water

How to make

  • - Prepare a pot, then boil the water after boiling add the tea powder, cook for 5 minutes. Remove and strain.
  • - Add coconut milk, sweet thick and cornstarch, stir all ingredients until dissolved. Then cook until slightly thick.
  • - Put the jam into a glass bottle that has been washed and sterilized. The dough will become thick after it cools down.
  • – After the hot steam is gone, close the bottle tightly. Store in the refrigerator so it doesn't go stale.
