Ingredients A (boiled and then filtered)

  • 500 gr brown sugar
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 bunches of pandan

Material B

  • 3 liters of water
  • 5 medium sized bananas, cut into 2
  • 300 gr kolang kaling, halved 2
  • 1 kg yellow squash, diced
  • 4 pieces of pandan bunch

Additional Ingredients

  • Sugar to taste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 400 ml instant coconut milk

How to Make Pumpkin Banana Compote

  • Prepare ingredients B
  • Boil the pandan water until it boils then add the kolang kaling and then cook until it boils then add the yellow pumpkin and cook until soft
  • Enter ingredient A, mix well then add sugar to taste (according to taste), salt and vanilla, mix well
  • Add coconut milk, mix well after it is cooked then turn off the fire
  • Compote is ready to serve
