Ingredients

  • 100 gr butter (Wysman)
  • 100 gr margarine (blueband)
  • 25 powdered sugar
  • 25 gr sugar
  • 35g grated cheese (parmesan or dry cheedar)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 75 gr almond powder
  • 20 gr milk powder
  • 225 medium protein flour

Sprinkled

  • Almond slice
  • Parmesan Cheese

Spread

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 tsp milk uht
  • 1/2 tsp honey

How to make

  • 1. Beat butter, margarine, sugar, powdered sugar with medium speed until pale and fluffy.
  • 2. Enter the flour, bp, almond flour, milk powder, while sifted. Stir with a wooden spoon as long as it's smooth, don't stir too long and don't knead.
  • 3. Put the dough into the dough frame with a height of 0.75 cm, flatten with a rolling pin.
  • 4. Print using a toothed mold, and arrange on a baking sheet, spread the oil, sprinkle with almond slices and parmesan cheese.
  • 5. Bake in the preheated oven at 150°C for 25-30 minutes (I keep it on the upper rack using the lower heat for 20 minutes, then transfer it to the lower rack until it is browned).
