Ingredients

  • Instant puff pastry
  • Plantain, cut into small pieces
  • 350 gr liquid milk
  • 150 gr liquid whip cream
  • 12 gr cornstarch
  • 85 gr sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 15 gr butter

  • Chocochips/raisins
  • Almond slice
  • Grated cheese)

How to make

  • 1. Custard ingredients: Prepare a bowl, mix cornstarch, whole egg and egg yolk, beat with a whisk until dissolved. Set aside.
  • Prepare a pan, heat the liquid milk, liquid whip cream and sugar (warm nails). Pour a little milk into the bowl, stir gently, then pour back into the saucepan. Continue to stir using a whisk until thickened and bubbling.
  • Lift. Add butter, stir briefly. Set aside. Let it cool.
  • 2. Prepare the mold, spread with margarine. Form the puff pastry into the mould.
  • 3. Fill with banana slices, custard, chocochips/raisins, almond slices, and grated cheese.
  • 4. Bake at 200°C in lower heat for 30 minutes (until brown), then move to a high heat at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until brown (depending on the length of baking according to your respective oven).
