85 gr butter mix margarine (I didn't have full margarine out of butter)
160 gr key flour
10 grams of powdered milk
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
pinch of salt
75 gr chocochips
How to make
1. Mix flour, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla powder and salt while sifting
2. Beat the butter, palm sugar and powdered sugar until well blended, I mix it with a spatula, then add the eggs, mix well
3. Enter the dry ingredients that have not been sifted, stir until smooth, finally add the chocochips, mix well
4. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes (I haven't skipped this stage because I want it to be fast)
5. Round the dough, I weigh 20gr/round, get 22 pcs. Arrange on a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper, don't give it too close or it will widen sideways
6. Oven 15 minutes at 180 degrees
7. After it's cooked, remove it from the oven while it's still hot, press down on the cookies with your hands slowly so that the shape is slightly flattened (you can skip this part if you like thick cookies), when the cookies are still hot, they're a bit soft, but when they cool, they'll automatically harden alone
8. Wait for it to cool before storing it in a container
